How do we work?
Phase 1: The Advert
We will write a bespoke job advert, and advertise your vacancy on all our relevant websites (aswift.com, gradsingames.com), social media channels, online groups and partner portals such as Gamesindustry.biz. We’ll then send your vacancy straight to the inbox of every candidate on our database who fits your criteria, with a snazzy mailer dedicated to your role.
Phase 2: The Search
Using your job description and person specification as our starting point, we’ll search our extensive database for candidates that meet your requirements, conducting an initial screening with any suitable candidates.
Our main search will be conducted with our sophisticated recruitment tools and social media. We’ll be carrying out a bespoke search to find your perfect candidate, putting your vacancy in front of as many high-quality potential candidates as possible.
Phase 3: The Interviews
Interviews can be tricky to organise, but we’re here to help. Not only will we screen the candidate for you, making sure you only see the best of the best, we’ll take all of the hard work out of arranging an interview. Let us know the time and the place and we’ll sort out the rest. Got some feedback for the candidate? We’ll even relay that for you!
