Who are we?

Grads In Games is an independent not-for-profit outreach company run by FutureDev Initiatives. We work with students, universities and games studios to help students and young people get their first job in the games industry. We do this by improving the links between the games industry and education, as well as educating young people about how to become more employable within games.

Through our events and activities each year, we provide multiple opportunities for young people to develop their skills and get their work in front of games studios, and we promote them to studios as the next generation of the games industry.

We also have several activities working across different areas of games, helping to support the growth and success of the games industry as a whole.
