Junior Level Designer, Derby

• Design, implement, tune and tweak levels for a multiplayer shooter
• You must have examples of levels you’ve already made
• Must already be familiar with using UE4 for level design

Join a Midlands studio that’s hugely supportive for graduates and junior staff as their new Level Designer, taking game levels from the drawing board to a fun and playable space for players!

You’ll need to have a strong knowledge across game design principles, and will need to be able to show examples of levels you’ve created, whether from scratch or using mods. You’ll also have to be familiar with using UE4 for design, as this’ll be the dev platform for your role.

The studio’s based in Derby, and within easy travel distance from Nottingham, Stoke-on-Trent, Leicester and Birmingham.They’ve got a really great history of supporting people who are new to the games industry, and you’ll get a range of perks from health and dental cover through to revenue share on the games you make.
