Three excellent webinars last week with our Get In The Game careers events, spanning games art and programming!
This week Dan, Andy & Rebecca from the Grads In Games team covered just what it takes for students to get their career started in the games industry, and were joined by guest speakers Greg Booker, Game Lead at DPS Games; Kat Unsworth, Senior Character Artist at DPS Games; and Phil Owen, Head of Engineering at d3t.
Greg, Kat and Phil each gave expert insight across games art and programming for our students, with a deep range of insight both on studio processes and how students can best prepare to start their career in the games industry.
Our speakers were also able to share their own experiential advice into working in games, as well as key insights into their own career journeys.
