The FE Institution award highlights those schools and colleges at a Further Education level who have demonstrated a positive impact with their students over the past 12 months. These are the colleges that are doing the most to help students, giving them the best opportunities to graduate in to Higher Education or a games industry role.

This year the final shortlist was narrowed down to just two incredible colleges:

• Coleg Llandrillo
• Priestly College

Priestley College have shown that they are continually developing their practice to teach the most up-to-date content possible and keep up with the changes in the games industry. Their level 3 games course is considered one of the best in the UK, providing fantastic opportunities for industry collaboration and a great work atmosphere.

Their ongoing partnership with TT Games provides the opportunity for students to secure internships with a AAA studio with course leader Matt Wilson continuing to maintain contact with students long after graduation, continuing to help with work placements and careers consultation.

We feel Priestley College is an excellent example of the quality of teaching at FE level and we are very happy to present this award to them.
