Over the weekend we visited Play Expo in Manchester. It’s the biggest gaming event in the North of England, packed out with an enormous selection of games and events, ranging from playable previews of some of the most anticipated new games, an area dedicated to fantastic indie games, through to hundreds of classic arcade cabinets, pinball machines and retro games systems.

Aardvark Swift were in attendance to help give guidance to students and graduates looking to get into the games industry. Our Grads In Games booth was manned by our top graduate consultant, Mark Hope, providing advice on routes into the games industry, encouraging entrants for our Search For A Star programming and game development competition, and talking about our upcoming university careers tour, Get In The Game.
