Playtonic joins as a Grads in Games Partner Studio for 2021/22
A very warm welcome to Playtonic who are joining Grads in Games as a studio partner for the 2021/22 academic year!
Playtonic is an independent videogame developer and creators of the excellent Yooka-Laylee series of games, and they also branded out into the realm of publishing in early 2021 with Playtonic Friends. Their ethos as a company is to create and publish fun and exciting games for everyone.
Originally founded by creative talent behind some of the most popular platform games of the past (including Donkey Kong Country and Banjo-Kazooie), Playtonic have expanded their team to include a wide range of people from varied walks of life.
