Recruiting and retaining – Grad support at nDreams

February 23, 2021February 23, 2021 Cameron Dhaliwal 0

nDreams believe it is important for their pipeline of talent is constantly growing to ensure they get fresh ideas and ways of thinking.

Graduates are the perfect vessel to bring in new ideas, fresh enthusiasm and a different way of looking at things.

With this new-found passion and enthusiasm comes the need for support, this is something nDreams realised and had Grads in Games as assistance.

“The various webinars and learning videos offered as part of Grads in Games not only gives support but they provide our current team members the opportunity to impart their knowledge and increase their skills in terms of presenting and mentoring” said an nDreams spokesperson.

nDreams value their entry-level recruiting and despite knowing that Grads will often move on, they are proud and happy to be a spring board into the industry. They have continually developed and grown from a one-man team in 2006 to now having over 100 industry veterans in their employ.

“As one of the world’s largest VR studios we’re committed to recruiting and retaining graduate talent and the value of having graduates join our team can’t be underestimated.”

nDreams have taken on a number of graduates and they have continued to go strength to strength in their development, moving into more senior roles within the ground-breaking VR studio.
