Airship provides world-class 3d artwork and animation services to support the global entertainment industry. They are driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence through proprietary technology, investment into thier people, and agile working methodologies.
EA, Larian, Ubisoft, Microsoft, Bethesda, Lucid, Hi-Rez, Activision…are just some of Airships recent clients. With 100+ games under their belt, Airship has grown quickly, and it is an exciting time to get on board. Airship has worked on a number of award-winning games Including, Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order, Spider-man: Miles Morales & The Forza Horizon series. The variety of projects that they work on never leaves work at Airship stagnant and makes it one of the most exciting studios to work at in the UK.
The team is proudly diverse and reflective of the gaming space worldwide. They work to ensure that they represent their views on diversity through many methods, including their diversity council and a partnership with UKIE. Airship ensures to offer an environment that is supportive not in name only but with their day-to-day actions.

Airship prides itself on putting a real focus on employee wellbeing. They organise mental health first aid training sessions for the team, offer regular wellness check-ins and staff outings. They also provide facilities to our team to support their physical and mental wellbeing. This includes our employee assistance program which offers free, confidential 24 hour support to employees with a further addition of free counselling, free subscriptions to wellness apps and so much more.
Learning and development is a crucial part of who the team are at Airship! Not only does it increase the quality of work that they can deliver to their clients, it also develops their teams skills and boosts their confidence. This is essential to the growth of their studio and a positive influence on the industry as a whole.
Airship have stated that they are proud to partner with initiatives such as Grads in Games and in June this year Airship hired Tristan McGuire, Junior Character Artist through the Search for a Star initiative. This encourages Airship to continue to focus on the learning and development of our artists to give them the ability to feel confident in the work.
