Airship prides itself on putting a real focus on employee wellbeing. They organise mental health first aid training sessions for the team, offer regular wellness check-ins and staff outings. This includes our employee assistance program which offers free, confidential 24 hour support to employees with a further addition of free counselling, free subscriptions to wellness apps and so much more.
