Studio Spotlight #2: nDreams

April 16, 2020April 16, 2020 James Bowers 0

nDreams have been involved with Grads in Games for four years now, and we continue to be involved with the initiative as we see value in supporting young talent coming up into the industry.

Whilst we’re one of the biggest and most experienced VR studios in the world, there is always something to learn from those new to the industry and it is incredibly important to ensure projects continue to be unique, diverse and engaging as possible – we feel graduates are amongst those perfectly placed to do this!

We have taken on a number of graduates through the program before and are pleased to say they have progressed well in their areas of expertise, and have gone on to been promoted within the studio.

Additionally, it is a positive and rewarding experience for members of the current team to be part of the career’s events and the judging process. It gives them the opportunity to share their knowledge and enthusiasm of the industry and if judging they get to spot talent…in turn, this has also led to those people mentoring graduates we’ve taken on so they get to see young team members grow.
