Getting into the games industry as a graduate programmer or artist can be, and often is, a tough task for many. Despite the multitude of talents and skills that students and graduates possess, many still come up against barriers to getting their first industry role.
We have designed the Search For A Star competitions to help smash those barriers, showcasing some of the best graduates in the games industry and giving everyone who enters a better chance at breaking through into games industry roles. Through the competition you will get a chance to take part in challenges modelled on actual industry processes, develop a portfolio piece to a professional brief, and gain invaluable direct insights from games professionals.
